» Create an Icon Library
Icon library is a collection of icons with file
extension .ICL.

Icon Maker has an Icon Library window. You can create, open, or save an
icon library as well as create a new icon, rename, edit and delete an
icon in icon library.
Create an Icon Library
- Click 'New' button in Icon Library window.
- Select an icon in Icon Library window and click
'Edit' button, an icon editor window will open.
- Insert a normal icon into an opened icon library via
selecting 'File - Save to Icon Library' menu.
- Select 'File - Save as' menu, an icon will be saved
as a normal icon file or as other image types.

Extract Icons
from Binary Files
- Click 'Open' button in Icon Library window.
- Select a binary file, such as exe, dll, ocx or cpl,
and click Open.
- Notice: You
can extract icons from binary files and save as .ico, .bmp, .jpg files
etc. But you can't save icons into a binary file.
