This article shows how to make a hand-drawing style icon from a photo. 

Select the menu item "Icon Creators > Make Icon from Photo" from the main menu. 

Select the photo that want to make icon, A window titled "Make Icon from Photo" will pop up. Drag the photo to fit the icon frame.

Make the "Make hand-drawing like icon" option to be checked, then click the "More Option" button, it will pop up a window.

Select "48 x 48 : 32" from the Drop-down list that on the bottom of the window. Drag the sliders to adjust Line-drawing effect.

Click on the "Coloring" tab, Make the "Color" option to be checked, Drag the sliders to adjust coloring effect.

Click OK,  return to the "Make Icon from Photo" window, click OK button too.

System will create a Icon Editing window, in this window, choose the "48 x 48 : 32" icon image by click it.

Select the menu item "Effect > Color Balance" from the main menu.  Change the color of this icon image.

That's all, a hand-drawing icon was maked, you can save it as ICO, PNG, GIF or other format.
